My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While there were some nice aspects like the comfortable room and decent food at the restaurant, the overall experience was marred by poor handling of our reservation and maintenance issues. Additionally, the mattress was uncomfortably hard and I didn’t appreciate having to wait for the Wi-Fi connectivity in the rooms to be reliable.
My stay at Quinta Rivera was pleasant overall. The room was quite comfortable and the staff were kind. However, I did find the room to be too cold despite the weather being mild outside, and we had issues with another stay related to room reservations and service delays. Additionally, the breakfast was not included for our group. I would say it’s a nice place, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
I recently stayed at this hotel for a family reunion, and unfortunately, it was quite a disappointing experience. While some amenities like the pool area were enjoyable, the service and room conditions left a lot to be desired. The hotel struggled with our reservation and we ultimately didn't receive the rooms we expected. Not to mention the hard mattresses and the bathroom issues in our room. I can't say I would recommend this place for larger groups, especially since breakfast wasn't included for us.
